Nothing special about this kit.
Just install all the components, watching polarity.
Mount the 7808 regulator on top of the board.
Bend the 7808 leads as shown in the picture and then insert and mount flat, aligning the holes of the PCB with the 7808

When installing the LEDs, note the flat edge.
The 4-40 mounting screw and nut are not included it the kit.
